Fie Christensen Bau
Senior Associate Director, Denmark
Fie Bau is the Senior Associate Director of Human Rights Watch Denmark. Fie has a background in communication, politics, fundraising and campaigning. She has worked at APCO Europe in Brussels, at the European Commission and at the Danish Parliament, as press secretary and campaign manager for national and European elections. Prior to joining Human Rights Watch she worked eight years at DR (Danish Broadcast Corporation) working with press and communication strategies, and launch of DR drama series including Borgen, The Killing, The Bridge, and many others. Fie has a Bachelor in Social Science and a Master degree in Communication from Roskilde University.
